On Thursday AUG 3 at 6pm & 730pm we will move through a gentle flow class and melt away your stress as I play my Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls. This combo is a super charged dose of chill that will leave you feeling rested, rejuvenated and ready for the week ahead.
