How: Just show up! All you need is an open mind and the desire to embark on a journey of self discovery.
Comfortable loose fitted clothing or yoga attire
Bring a journal and pen (Journals can be purchased for $7 at the event)
An eye mask will be provided
Mats and props are provided
Cell phones are not permitted in the studio during class (if you need it for any reason please let me know before class)
