WHAT ARE MACROS?
Macros (macronutrients) are the main components of every single thing you eat: carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
The reason why macro tracking is so sustainable (and the reason why it works) is because as long as you hit your macronutrient goals by the end of each day, it doesn’t matter whether you eat chicken or donuts. (Though I totally recommend more chicken, lots of veggies and less donuts.) No food is off limits, no food is “good” or “bad”.
The key is balance. Unless you’re going to give something up for the rest of your life, it’s better to find a way to enjoy it mindfully. Pair that philosophy with an expert coach, several layers of accountability and a powerful community... now that’s the recipe for successful and sustainable change.
How does it Work ?
The Re-fuel Program:
1. Intro call. We always start with an introduction call where we chat about you, your daily habits and what you hope to achieve with us. This helps us to tailor a program to your unique needs and sets the stage for long term success!
2. Mindset course. Before you start tracking, this 10 day course will get you into the mindset to achieve the best results. It is designed to educate you on how to make the most out of the program, and how to tackle challenges with enthusiasm, energy and positivity.
3. Welcome Packet & Resources. You will have access to a plethora of educational material as well as sample meal plans, grocery shopping strategies and more.
4. Your personalized macros. Now that we’ve gotten to know you, we’ll assign your starting macros.
5. Re-fuel private community. In addition to your personal coach, ME ;) , you’ll be joining a community of extraordinary humans. In our private FB group, you’ll find our recipe book, macro hacks, live Q&As, and the support you need, when you need it.
6. 1-on-1 macro coaching. Re-fuel is NOT a dieting program with a meal plan. Without a list of “approved foods”, the flexibility can be a bit overwhelming at first. Macro tracking is all about understanding your food choices and the freedom that comes with that. I am always available to personally guide you as you build your life around making better choices and creating sustainable habits aligned with your personal goals.
7. Unparalleled access to me, your personal coach. You are not alone – I am here to support and guide you every step of the way. You’ll have weekly check-ins and support texts. Through all the challenges, victories and learning experiences, I’ll be here to help you stay on track.
